Project Summary: Scrub and format contact data for a heavy equipment business following the recent merger of 3 companies.
Project Detail: The client is the leading provider of material handling services in the Chicagoland area, Northern and Central Illinois, and Northern Indiana. Their 1st Quarter 2007 initiative was to convert the existing customer contact/relationship information to Microsoft CRM 3.0. The project required that multiple legacy systems be merged, duplicate and erroneous data removed, and the information uniformly formatted for a seamless conversion into Microsoft CRM 3.0. A total of 60,000 lines of data were scrubbed. Beaird Group also identified and outlined processes that are directly affected by database input and made recommendations for efficiencies.
