Client:  has been providing Chicagoland and Midwest area customers with professional interior and exterior cleaning, painting and restoration services for over a quarter of a century.

Project Summary:  For a variety of reasons, a client found himself without people to run his office, handle payroll, A/P, Invoicing, A/R and typing proposals and answering phones.

Project Detail:  Up-front, the lead consultant evaluated the situation and quickly engaged the current software vendor and an I/T firm in order to ensure the systems were secure and to understand the day to day operational requirements.  Once established overall needs, managed the day to day operations.  Additionally, the Beaird Group provided client with resource for developing proposals and handling in-coming calls and people.  Overall business process needs and timing was documented and turned over to the newly hired General Manager.
